How to reach us if anything here is hard to use.

We want every owner and manager to be able to use this site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What we do
- Semantic headings, landmarks and a skip link.
- Full keyboard navigation, with no pop-ups or moving content.
- Text contrast that meets Level AA.
- Text alternatives for images of sample documents.
Known limits
Sample document images and the readiness checklist PDF may not read well with every screen reader. We will send any of them in an accessible format on request.
Ask for help
If anything is hard to use, email us. We reply within two business days and provide the information in another format.
