The full engagement terms are signed before any work begins. Key points:

• Scope: document preparation and coordination. A partner Qualified Energy Manager (or your own QEM) independently reviews, signs and submits. We never sign, attest, stamp or perform engineering or energy audits.
• Your responsibilities: the accuracy and completeness of the data and documents you provide, utility authorizations, portal shared access, and signing Form A.
• Incentive: paid by your utility, not by us; not guaranteed; may be partial, delayed or zero; requires full compliance and a participating utility.
• Commerce approval is not guaranteed; we respond to deficiency notices within 5 business days at no extra charge.
• Liability is limited to the fees you paid us.
• Not affiliated with the Washington State Department of Commerce.
